For people who share a home
Bills and splits, chores that stay fair, the shared calendar, groceries, gatherings — and a kinder way to bring things up. End-to-end encrypted, so even we can’t read it.
Bills and expenses split to the cent. One simple line: who owes whom.
Rotations by effort. Ask a housemate for a hand — they can say yes, another time, or swap.
Everything coming your way, with reminders that know when to stop.
Postcard invites friends RSVP to without an account. A house check for quiet hours and weather.
Move-your-car reminders for whoever’s parked on the swept side. Bins, taking turns.
A survey for how you each like to live, Gentle Flags for hard things, kudos for the good ones.
Your home is encrypted on your own devices before it’s saved. Our servers hold scrambled data.
We’re inviting a small number of homes to try it first, free. Leave your email and we’ll send an invite.
We’ll only use your email to invite you and tell you when the app launches. Reply “unsubscribe” to any email and you’re off the list. No sharing, no selling.
Every home starts with a free 14-day trial (free for the whole beta). After that, one subscription covers everyone in the home — Home is $5.99 a month or $49.99 a year; Plus ($8.99 / $79.99) adds more homes and the AI house helper.
Right. It’s locked with keys that live on your devices and your housemates’ approved devices. We store scrambled data and a few things we need to deliver reminders on time — like when something is due, never what. The full list is in our privacy policy.
Remove it from any other device and its keys are replaced. Lost every device? Your printed recovery kit gets you back in. Lose both, and the data can’t be recovered — by anyone. That’s the trade-off of real privacy.
Roommates, couples, friends, siblings — any home of 2 to 6 adults. Property managers and co-living operators can give it to their residents too.
All three. The beta starts on iPhone, Android and the web.
